We will use first-hand experience to help you map your professional network (current vs. future state) and demonstrate how you can strategically use the on-line social media tools available to build your network for optimal results.   

We will cover perspectives of bosses and employees, as well as common perspectives from Generations X, Y & Boomer on social media tools and their place in business.  Regardless of which generation you represent, it will be helpful to hear all perspectives and possibly shed some light on how we can be inclusive of those who consider themselves “digital aliens –totally foreign to this stuff” and those who consider themselves “ digital natives”, who all but tweet and text in their sleep!

We’ll cover some best practices on using these tools to drive business results and do so while maintaining a professional environment.  Each participant will receive “pre-work” – a mapping tool to help you effectively map your existing professional network and identify opportunities to strengthen that network using online social media tools.
